Challah Rolls Recipe

Challah Rolls Recipe Ingredients

5 lbs flour
4 packets of Rapid Rise yeast
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 tsp salt
7/8 cups oil
4 eggs
4 cups of warm water

Directions for Making the Challah Rolls recipe

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Form a well and add eggs, oil, and 3 ½ cups of water. Stir well. Add in remaining water. Knead until smooth. Take challah, form into rolls or challah loaves and let rise overnight in fridge. Bake at 275 for 10-20 minutes. Continue baking at 350 until light brown.
